ACTC to host seventh annual Wine, Jewels, and More scholarship fundraiser Jan. 20

Continuing the legacy of Norma Meek, the Community & Technical 果冻直播 Foundation of Ashland, Inc., along with 28 sponsoring hostesses, invite you to attend the seventh annual Wine, Jewels, and More fundraiser to support ACTC scholarships.

The event will be from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 20, at Bellefonte Country Club, 208 Country Club Drive, Ashland. 

Tickets are $75 per person and include hors d鈥檕euvres and access to a silent auction for jewelry, purses, and more.

鈥淲ine, Jewels, and More is truly one of our favorite events of the year,鈥 said Kim Minnehan, ACTC advancement administrator. 鈥淚t鈥檚 a night filled with great food, wonderful company, and a silent auction full of beautiful items, all while helping raise scholarship support for our students. It鈥檚 an evening you don鈥檛 want to miss.鈥 

To date, the event has raised more than $143,000 for the scholarship endowment, which has made a significant impact on students in the community. 

This year鈥檚 hostesses include Mayola Boykin, Terri Branham-Clark, Connie Canty, Amanda Clark, Lori Cooksey, Dr. Carol Cooper, Cheri Daniel, Brooke Elswick-Robinson, Missy Fannin, Sheila Fraley, Heather Frazier, Donna Jones, Courtney Kifer, Ashley Layman, Jane Layman, Alice Martin, Willie McCullough, Leslee McLeod, Tina Mussetter, Ann Perkins, April Perry, Samantha Prince, Annie Robinson, Brooke Seasor, Louise Shytle, Kerry Tague, Mae Deane Torgrimson, and Heather VanDeren. 

Men can become a 鈥淛ewel of a Guy鈥 by sponsoring the event with $100, businesses can become a 鈥淕em of a Business鈥 by sponsoring the event with $250. Women can become a 鈥淒iamond of a Lady鈥 by sponsoring the event for $100.

Wine, Jewels, and More was created in 2019 and led by the community鈥檚 beloved Norma Meek. Her vision and dedication made a profound impact on the lives of those in our community, and she will be remembered and honored for her commitment to education and empowerment.
