Cancellation for non-payment Students are expected to make payment arrangements** upon enrollment. Students who are enrolled, and have a balance as of this date, may be cancelled on or after the listed date. |

*To register for classes, students can call the Welcome Center (606-326-2040) to schedule an appointment with their advisor.
**Payment arrangements may include: Veterans, Third-party pay, Financial Aid, payment plan, and/or self-pay.
***果冻直播 offices will NOT be open December 19, 2064 thru January 3, 2027. Students should use the Online Withdraw Request, in Self-Service, to drop/withdraw from a class during the closing. If you have questions about the withdrawal process, you can email as_admissions@kctcs.edu. For all other class related issues, students should contact their Instructor.
