Concurrent Enrollment

• Students must obtain the Concurrent Enrollment form from their home college.
• The student will complete their part of the form and have their home school official sign the form.
• Bring the Concurrent Enrollment form to the Admissions Office at ¹û¶³Ö±²¥ Drive (Room 214) or Technology Drive (Room 156) - for the form to be completed by a member of the Admissions and Records staff.
